ALL LEVELS SUP YOGA!

If you love water, nature, or yoga then the All Levels SUP YOGA Class is for you! SUP YOGA is a safe, fun, outdoor activity perfect for social distancing.

Take your yoga practice to the water at the floating yoga studio. Immerse yourself in nature as you paddle the crystal clear waters of the beautiful San Marcos River. After a brief paddling instruction and short guided tour you'll anchor down for an hour long yoga and meditation practice as you float on top of the water. The All Levels SUP YOGA Class offers modifications and variations for all body types and abilities in a vinyasa style flow incorporating total body stretching, core work, and balance. After the most relaxing savasana enjoy a refreshing dip in the cool waters and an easy float back to the private dock on the gentle current of the river.

The class is lead by Colleen Phelps, 200 hr and trauma informed RYT who is CPR/BLS certified.

No yoga or paddle board experience necessary. Ages 13 years and up.
Paddle board, paddle, and PFD provided with purchase of class.

Reserve your board by FRIDAY evening to guarantee your spot.

Price: $45.00 per yogi
